Oracle ERP Technical Consultant

Description : Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle ERP Technical Consultant with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and extending Oracle ERP applications (both Cloud and On-Premise). You will operate independently to deliver high-quality technical solutions, covering Financials, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of data models, business process data flows, and performance tuning techniques to drive complex technical assignments using independent judgment. Key Responsibilities : Application Integration & Extensibility : - Design, develop, and maintain integrations and extensions for Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS (R12/11i) across Finance and Supply Chain (Distribution & Manufacturing) modules. - Implement integration strategies seamlessly across different ecosystems, including Cloud-to-Cloud and Cloud-to-Ground scenarios. - Develop robust extensions using Custom Schemas with PL/SQL, SOA Gateway, and XML. Data Migration & Reporting - Lead data conversions and build inbound/outbound interfaces into and out of Oracle ERP Cloud. - Utilize Oracle Cloud data extraction and loading tools effectively : FBDI, HDL, ADFDi, BIP (BI Publisher), and OTBI. - Develop and consume standard Web Services (SOAP & REST) for seamless data exchange. Performance Optimization & Code Quality : - Write clean, efficient, and highly optimized code adhering to industry best practices. - Apply advanced performance tuning techniques to SQL, PL/SQL, and integration pipelines to ensure system efficiency. Role Requirements : Technical Skills (Must-Haves) : - Experience : 6-8 years of core technical experience in Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, or support. - Domain Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS database data models, business process functionalities, and technical data flows. - Core Tech Stack : Advanced PL/SQL, XML, SOA Gateway, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). - Cloud Tools : Hands-on proficiency with FBDI, HDL, ADFDi, BIP, and OTBI. Preferred / Bonus Skills (PaaS & Advanced Cloud) : - Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS components related to SaaS applications : OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), SOACS, JCS, VBCS, DBCS/ATP, and Storage Cloud Service. - Strong architectural grasp of Oracle Cloud extensibility and integration framework. Soft Skills & General Requirements : - Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of complex deliverables. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for independent technical judgment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
