Job Title: Assistant Manager Oracle Finance (Accounting Hub)
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Gurgaon
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Oracle Finance (Accounting Hub) to join our Oracle ERP Finance practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS), with strong knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS) solutions.
Configure accounting rules, journal entry rules, mapping sets, and subledger accounting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather finance and accounting requirements.
Integrate Accounting Hub with upstream source systems and Oracle Financials Cloud.
Perform functional testing, SIT/UAT support, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.
Lead client discussions and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills
610 years of Oracle ERP Finance experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS).
Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Experience with accounting transformations, journal processing, and financial reporting.
Good understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud integrations (FBDI, REST APIs, OIC is an advantage).
Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Financials certification is preferred.
Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services is an advantage.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and reporting tools is desirable.
