Oracle Fusion Finance Functional ConsultantExperience: 58 Years

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, support, enhancements, and business process transformation. The consultant will work closely with Finance stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules, support testing activities, and drive successful project deliveries.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional ConsultingGather, analyze, and document business requirements.Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.Lead requirement workshops with Finance and Accounting teams.Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BR100, MD050, Solution Design Documents, and Test Scripts.Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules.Oracle Fusion Financial ModulesGeneral Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Cash Management (CM)ExpensesTax (EBTax)Intercompany AccountingFinancial Accounting Hub (FAH/AHCS)Subledger Accounting (SLA)Revenue Management (preferred)Configuration & SetupConfigure Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Business Units, Legal Entities, and Reporting Structures.Configure approval workflows using BPM.Manage period-end and year-end closing processes.Configure bank accounts, reconciliation, receipts, payments, and asset accounting.Support accounting rules, allocations, consolidations, and financial reporting.Reporting & IntegrationsDevelop and support OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, and Smart View reports.Work with technical teams on integrations, data migration, FBDI uploads, and reporting requirements.Support OIC-based integrations with external systems.Validate conversion and reconciliation activities during implementation.Testing & SupportPrepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.Support Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.Analyze and resolve functional issues and service requests.Coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support for issue resolution.Train end users and prepare knowledge-transfer documentation.Required Skills58 years of Oracle ERP/Finance consulting experience.Minimum 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience.Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.Good understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C business processes.Experience in Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher.Knowledge of SLA, Tax, Intercompany, and Financial Accounting Hub.Experience in at least 12 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsOracle Fusion Financials Certification.Experience with OIC integrations.Exposure to Procurement, Projects, SCM, or HCM modules.Experience in support and enhancement projects.Knowledge of banking interfaces, reconciliation, and treasury processes.QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.MBA Finance / CA / CMA qualification will be an added advantage.Notice PeriodImmediate to 30 Days Preferred. .
