Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Any one Module is Mandatory (Compensation, Benefits,Payroll)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in at least one core Oracle HCM Cloud module: Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new features.Mandatory Skills
Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.Expertise in at least one of the following modules:Oracle Compensation CloudOracle Benefits CloudOracle Payroll CloudStrong understanding of HCM business processes.Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
