Role summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager who can take a multi-company Life Sciences implementation from chaos to go-live to join our dynamic team at Grafieks Lab Pvt Ltd, Noida location.
This isn't a plug-and-play ERP rollout. You'll be walking into multiple companies with different processes, different systems, and different ways of doing things, and your job is to bring order to that, get everyone aligned on one Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, and get it live without breaking anything along the way.
If you've led ERP transformations before, especially ones involving multiple entities or post-merger integration, this will feel familiar.

Mandatory: 2 to 3 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations

Program Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-company Oracle Fusion Cloud implementationBuild and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationSet up governance frameworks, steering committee cadence, and executive reportingManage scope, risk, and change requestsBusiness Transformation
Drive process harmonization across entitiesLead workshops to define a future-state operating model aligned with Life Sciences best practicesStandardize processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Order ManagementEnsure business objectives translate cleanly into Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/HCM) solution designData & Integration
Lead legacy system assessment and data migration strategyOversee master data governance and cleansingManage integrations with third-party systems, labs, CRM, WMS, EDI, and reporting platforms (via OIC or equivalent middleware)Stakeholder Management
Serve as the key liaison between client leadership, business stakeholders, implementation teams, and executive sponsorsDrive decisions and resolve issues quicklyLead change management and user adoption effortsDelivery & Quality
Ensure strong execution across design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercareTrack project health and delivery KPIsEnsure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory and quality requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field10+ years of ERP implementation experience5+ years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programs (ERP, SCM, and/or HCM)Experience leading multi-entity or post-acquisition ERP transformationsStrong grasp of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Inventory processesA track record of managing cross-functional, global teams
