Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant Planning & MFG Modules

Implementation & Customization: Lead and manage full-cycle implementation projects for Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules. Customize and configure Oracle Fusion SCM applications according to client specifications and business processes. Conduct thorough requirements analysis, gap analysis, and propose feasible solutions. Consultation & Stakeholder Interaction: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion modules for clients and internal stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, provide solutions, and deliver presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and managerial stakeholders. Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure timely delivery of solutions, adhering to budget and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. Conduct user training and prepare detailed user documentation. Deliver continuous improvements and updates according to changing business needs. Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion releases and enhancements. Develop and execute test scripts for various scenarios and troubleshoot testing issues. Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting strategies. Desired Skills: Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM applications. Excellent problem solving, communication and analytical skills. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and other Oracle Fusion middleware. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
