Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise across Goal Management, Performance Management, Learning Cloud (Learn), ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Talent, and other core HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional ownership, end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to lead client-facing workshops, configuration, and solution design across multiple HCM Cloud modules.
This is a client-interactive role requiring excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and the flexibility to support global time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional delivery across Goal, Performance, Talent, Learn, ORC and Learning Cloud modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
Perform advanced configuration and setup for the assigned HCM Cloud modules.
Support data migration activities and validation during movement to Oracle Cloud environments.
Handle migration of configuration changes across non-prod to production environments (DEV TEST PROD).
Work on end-to-end implementation projects including CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
Engage directly with customers in a client-facing role, managing stakeholders and expectations.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver integrated HCM Cloud solutions.
Manage multiple workstreams, shifting priorities based on project needs.
Support global delivery models with meetings across multiple time zones.
Travel to client locations as per project requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 8+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in:

Experience with
Full Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Functional configuration, testing, and solution design
Client workshop facilitation & stakeholder management
Data migration into Oracle Cloud
Setup migration between environments (DEV/TEST/PROD)
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and HCM best practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Flexibility to work across global time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Core HR, Compensation, Absence, or OTL (nice to have).
Understanding of cross-module integrations within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression cycles. .
