Job Description

We are looking for Order / Quote / Contract Management Professionals with hands-on experience in SAP ERP to support end-to-end order processing, customer contracts, inventory availability, shipping, invoicing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability checks and order entry.
• Perform end-to-end order management functions, including order entry, order tracking, and expediting.
• Process order changes and provide accurate order-related information while meeting customer service and process objectives.
• Handle high-volume product orders through electronic distribution, from order entry through shipment and revenue recognition.
• Plan and proactively manage the complete customer contract fulfillment cycle through SAP, from Order Entry to Collection.
• Provide order management support to sales teams, including order entry and order tracking using SAP.
• Manage order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability.
• Work with SAP ERP modules related to inventory, sales, receivables, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, inventory, shipping, billing, and customer-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with established order management processes.

Desired Skills

• 1+ year of experience in Order Management / Quote Management / Contract Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Understanding of inventory, sales, shipping, receivables, and invoicing processes.
• Strong order processing and order tracking skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
