DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Order to Cash Application professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order management, invoicing, and collections. ResponsibilitiesManage the complete order-to-cash process including order management, invoicing, and collections.Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and payments.Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to orders or payments.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.Prepare and analyze reports related to order processing and cash flow. Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in order to cash processes or accounts receivable management.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and order management software.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
