Job Purpose/ Summary Lead the O2C COE, owning end-to-end Order to Cash processes including Sales Order creation, export documentation, SCM coordination, billing, collections, and cash application. Drive standardization, process excellence, automation, and compliance across the O2C lifecycle. Job Description The O2C COE Head owns governance and transformation of O2C processes across multiple business units, ensuring accurate Sales Order creation, export documentation compliance, SCM coordination, billing, collections, cash application, and reporting.
