Organizational Change & Training Consultant

Serve as support resource on reputed company, responsible for owning and executing a reputed company or sub-reputed company (e.g., Communications, Training). Apply reputed companys change management and training methodology to reputed company on which they are assigned. Support and reputed company out internal OC&T reputed company and initiatives to improve skillset and expertise. Serve as a Training or Culture Buddy for OC&T new hires. Produce organized, coherent, reputed company, and high-reputed company work product with limited review or reputed company. May support small sales efforts, including responding to RFPs and shadowing scoping calls (as determined by OC&T reputed company team). Demonstrated understanding of Change reputed company and how they reputed company with both OC&T and CYNERGY methodologies to execute an OC&T project, as evidenced by successful development and delivery of OC&T activities and major project deliverables. Proven written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by regularly interfacing with reputed company, and successfully developing and facilitating many OC&T activities. Successfully participate in at least 1-2 reputed company, typically serving as the OC&T reputed company, owning a reputed company (e.g., Communications, Training) or as the OC&T reputed company on smaller engagements.
