Hiring: Senior Change Business Analyst (Target Operating Model) | Banking Domain | Immediate Joiners
We are hiring Senior Change Business Analysts with strong expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) for a leading Banking/Financial Services client.

Mandatory Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Business Analysis & Change Management
- Strong hands-on experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) Design & Implementation
- Banking domain experience is mandatory
- Candidates should have experience only with Global/Captive Banks
- Do NOT share profiles from Domestic Banks
- Experience in large-scale Business Transformation Programs
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional/global team collaboration
Required Skills
Business Analysis and Change Management(10 yrs)
Target Operating Model (TOM) design
Process modelling (BPMN, Visio, etc.)
Banking Domain ( Mandatory ) - Avoid any Domestic Banks
Business analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile/Waterfall)
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
Change management principles (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) aligned with business strategy.
- Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE assessments and process mapping.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Drive gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution design.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams.
- Develop change readiness, communication, and adoption strategies.
- Support governance forums and executive reporting.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization.
