OSS/BSS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, configure, and support OSS/BSS applications and telecom platforms.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of OSS/BSS environments.
• Integrate OSS/BSS solutions with network elements, CRM, billing, provisioning, and inventory systems.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and system performance issues.
• Collaborate with network operations, development, and business teams to support telecom service delivery.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze system logs and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new telecom services and features.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards, security policies, and operational processes.
• Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for issue resolution and platform enhancements.
