Roles and Responsibilities :
- OTC Architect who Design, implement, and maintain Order to Cash (OTC) processes using SAP SD module.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize OTC operations.
- Develop technical solutions for complex billing, invoicing, and collections issues using architectural expertise.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented OTC processes.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with focus on Order to Cash (OTC).
- Robust understanding of SAP SD module with OTC Architecture including sales order processing, invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Excellent architectural skills with ability to design scalable solutions for large-scale enterprise systems. .
