Key Responsibilities
**
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Present and sell annual subscription plans
- Address objections and secure sales during calls
- Meet daily and monthly conversion targets
- Update CRM system with call results and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer onboarding post-sale
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Graduation in any field
- 13 years of experience in outbound tele-sales or inside sales
- Previous background in selling insurance, packages, subscriptions, or financial products
- Demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone
- Comfortable working in goal-oriented environments
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in one Regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Bengali/Marathi/Malayalam)
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately or on short notice
