PC/Laptop with at least reputed company 10 (reputed company/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) Hard-wired high-speed internet reputed company (Ethernet cable) USB-connected Headset Webcam A quiet, dedicated reputed company to work free from distractions, including pets and children. Hours of Operations / Schedules: The Call Center operates 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time Zone, Monday to Friday, with 2 Shifts: 8:00-4:30 PM and 10:30-7:00 PM A maximum of 37.5 hours will be scheduled 5 days a week. OT can be offered based on workload. We offer two 15-minute reputed company breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The training requires compulsory attendance.
