01Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of packaging materials (bottles, tubes, caps, labels, cartons, etc.).
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and other inventory control best practices.
Procurement & Coordination:
Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.
Track purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies with vendors.
Production Support:
Work closely with production teams to ensure packaging materials are available as per schedules.
Minimize production delays by proactively managing shortages or excess inventory.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements (receipts, issues, returns).
Generate reports on stock levels, consumption trends, and wastage analysis.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure packaging materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in resolving packaging-related non-conformities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Understanding of warehousing/logistics processes in a manufacturing setup.
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping.
Problem-solving and proactive approach to inventory challenges.
Communication & teamwork to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education:
Any Bachelors degree
Preferred Experience:
2-4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, or Personal Care Manufacturing.
