01Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Management
Take ownership of the operational activities and ensure efficient workflow across all areas (Audit, Taxation, Compliance, Accounting, and Advisory).Coordination between partners, staff and clients.Provide direction and mentorship to team and ensure continuous professional development.2. Client Relationship & Engagement:
Manage key client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction.Oversee planning and execution of audits, tax filings, and other client engagements.Resolve complex client issues proactively, maintaining the firms reputation and credibility.3. Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure that all engagements are compliant with ICAI guidelines, statutory laws, and regulatory frameworks (including Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act, etc.).Monitor deadlines and filing requirements to ensure timely compliance across all services.4. Business & Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the organizations strategic goals, including growth initiatives, client acquisition, and service expansion.Recommend and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.5. Ethical Standards & Safeguarding Organization Interests
Uphold the highest levels of professional integrity, ethics and confidentiality.Communications and actions must be in the best interest of the organization.
