Role & responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and articulate Vehicle Loan Sales Executives to represent Chola directly at top car dealership showrooms in Trivandrum, Kozhikode and Cochin.
In this role, you will interact with prospective car buyers, understand their financing needs, and guide them through hassle-free vehicle loan solutions.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills looking to launch a rewarding career with one of India's leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet and engage customers visiting the dealership showroom to introduce Cholas vehicle loan options and finance packages.
Need Assessment: Assess customer requirements, loan eligibility, and financial profiles to suggest suitable financing options.
Lead Conversion: Coordinate closely with the dealership sales team to convert prospective car buyers into Chola finance clients.
Documentation & Processing: Assist customers in collecting necessary KYC and financial documents, ensuring accurate and complete loan application submissions.
Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with showroom sales executives, dealership managers, and internal Chola loan processing teams.
Follow-ups: Track loan approvals and disbursements, resolving
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, etc.).
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Communication: Fluent in Malayalam and English (strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential).
oSelf-motivated with a high energy level and customer-first attitude.
oBasic understanding or keen interest in finance and the automobile industry.
oBasic computer and smartphone proficiency for handling data entry and internal tools. .
