Role Description The Paid Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role includes managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and refining targeting strategies to maximize ROI for brands focused on Tier 2/3 and rural markets. The Paid Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with creative, account management, and media teams to develop integrated campaigns, align messaging with consumer insights, and ensure consistent brand communication. Day-to-day tasks involve campaign setup and management, performance analysis, reporting, and continuous testing of ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. The role also requires staying updated on platform changes and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities for clients.
Qualifications
Strong experience in paid digital marketing, including campaign management on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant ad networks.Proficiency in performance analysis, including tracking KPIs, using analytics tools, and translating data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns.Ability to collaborate with creative and account teams to develop effective ad copies, creative briefs, and landing page recommendations tailored to rural and semi-urban audiences.Solid understanding of media planning and buying principles, budget allocation, and bid strategy optimization for performance and brand campaigns.Knowledge of Tier 2/3 and rural consumer behavior in India, with an interest in Bharat markets and regional nuances.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance metrics in simple terms.Relevant bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; agency experience or prior work with rural-focused brands is an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Goregaon, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach. .
