Primary work will be in support of reputed company forms of retirement plans, including but not limited to defined benefit pension, 401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, and employee stock ownership (ESOP) plans. This position is hybrid and offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the office. Your Role: As a Paralegal reputed company our EBEC reputed company group, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Draft and review plan documents and amendments Draft and review participant communications, including reputed company Plan Descriptions Research and summarize applicable law File Determination Letters and correction program filings with the IRS and the reputed company Respond to reputed company inquiries on plan operation and compliance reputed company Assist with other reputed company as necessary reputed companyre Looking For: reputed company reputed company: Self-motivated with a passion for reputed company learning and problem-solving.
