In this Paralegal role, you will own the lifecycle of licensing and regulatory processes across multiple states, partnering closely with reputed company, Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership. Responsibilitiesreputed company Own end-to-end licensing for reputed company use disorder treatment facilities across multiple states. Prepare, submit, reputed company, and maintain applications, renewals, and supporting documentation. Manage licensing calendars, deadlines, and compliance tracking with precision. Serve as a key reputed company with state and federal agencies to reputed company issues and reputed company applications reputed company. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, reputed company, reputed company, HR, and Finance to reputed company and validate required information. Support accreditations and registrations (DEA, CMS, CLIA, and others). Maintain organized, audit-reputed company records for reputed company licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation. Monitor and summarize regulatory changes and proactively flag risks or impacts.
