Job Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign appropriate ICD/CPT/HCPCS codes as per coding guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical coding.
- Understand medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Basic understanding of medical coding concepts.
- Good English communication and analytical skills.
