01Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products, investment options, pensions, insurance, and tax-efficient strategies
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans, suitability reports, and recommendation documents for Financial Advisors
- Perform cash flow modelling and financial projections using financial planning software
- Gather, verify, and organize client financial information, including risk profiles, financial goals, income, assets, liabilities, and existing portfolios
- Liaise with product providers to obtain quotations, policy illustrations, and relevant product information
- Ensure all financial recommendations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system
- Support Financial Advisors in preparing for client meetings, annual reviews, and portfolio discussions
- Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and new financial products
- Assist in implementing approved financial plans and managing related administrative processes
Skills:
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, insurance, taxation, retirement planning, and investment products
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and financial report-writing skills
- High attention to detail with robust organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client cases while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning/CRM software is preferred .
