01Responsibilities
**
- Conduct outbound calls to a reputed company list provided by reputed company, engaging potential clients and providing information about our services and initiatives.
- Build rapport and maintain reputed company relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and reputed company listening.
- Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and suitability for our programs and services.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Document reputed company interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outbound calling campaigns for maximum effectiveness and reputed company.
- Meet and exceed established targets for outbound call volume, reputed company conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics.
*Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, with a proven reputed company record of reputed company in outbound calling preferred.
