Key Responsibilities: Investment Evaluation and Deal Closure: Lead the evaluation, due diligence, IC presentation and execution of investments (including term sheet structuring and negotiation), ensuring a disciplined approach to valuation, risk management, and deal making to maximize returns. Portfolio Management: Actively manage and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to drive growth while keeping a keen eye on corporate governance.
Exit planning: Structuring timely and highly profitable exits for fund in potential liquidation events including follow-on rounds/secondaries, M&A and IPOs of all portfolio companies. Networking and Relationship Building: Cultivate and leverage deep relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to source investment opportunities and expand the funds influence. Team Building and Management: Build and nurture a high-performing and collaborative investment team. The role involves taking a hands-on approach to mentor and groom junior professionals. Brand Building: Develop and promote the fund s brand and thought leadership within the healthcare innovation space, representing the firm at key industry events and in the press.
