As a Partner Data QA Engineer at Deutsche Bank, AVP, you will be a key member of the Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) Private Bank team in Pune, India. Your role will involve working on modernizing the legacy platforms of the Partner data system in Germany by redesigning it in GCP cloud with a focus on regulatory and tax topics related to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support business functional testing by closely collaborating with business functional analysts. You will apply business functional testing concepts and practices to contribute to Deutsche Bank's digitalization journey. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding existing processes and underlying system landscape - Analyzing requirements, maintaining test cases, developing test automation features, and continuously improving software development lifecycle - Creating test cases and preparing test data for business functional testing on different test environments - Participating in estimation and planning of User Stories in Story points - Developing high-quality automated test solutions and manual test solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements - Contributing to project discussions in requirement analysis, testing, environment setups, or deployment activities - Documenting test strategy, plan, test risk assessments, and test results - Verifying entry/exit criteria for all SIT, UAT phases - Offering demo sessions to prove acceptance criteria are met when necessary - Identifying gaps in software deliverables through effective testing and collaborating with development teams to fix defects - Driving quality indicators and promoting the integration of non-functional testing into the continuous integration cycle - Demonstrating proficiency in working with global and local teams, managing vendors, and 3rd parties in different time zones - Utilizing problem-solving abilities to manage unexpected events Your skills and experience should include: - 9+ years of experience in Quality Testing and Assurance with expertise in Business Functional Testing & Regression Testing - Proficiency in Requirement Elicitation, Gap analysis, prioritizing requirements, and documentation - Strong stakeholder management skills - Experience in simulating API requests using tools like SOAP UI and Postman - Troubleshooting and analytical skills - Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, Agile/SCRUM environments, including agile methodologies - Previous experience in the banking domain, particularly in regulatory topics like KYC, FATCA/CRS - Ability to perform Functional testing (blackbox/whitebox) - Proficiency in working with global teams and collaborating in a team environment - Creation of test data, test cases/scenarios, and test conditions based on requirements - Executing manual test cases, creating test summary reports, and tracking bugs on JIRA - Planning test cycles, estimating effort, and prioritizing tests Deutsche Bank will support you with: - Training and development opportunities for career growth - Coaching and support from experts in your team - A culture of continuous learning to aid in your progression - Flexible benefits tailored to suit your needs This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at Deutsche Bank, where you can excel in your career and contribute to the digital transformation journey.
