Job Title Business Partner / Associate Business Partner Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for life insurance products. Build and maintain relationships with customers, advisors, and channel partners. Identify customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and policy support. Recruit, train, and support insurance advisors/agents Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing. Track market trends and identify growth opportunities. Required SkillsSales and business development skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Relationship management and customer engagement. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset. Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products is preferred. EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (CUTTACK LOCATION) Experience in insurance, banking, BFSI, or sales is referred but some entry-level roles accept freshers. Good interpersonal and networking skills. Compensation StructureFixed salary (where applicable). Performance incentives and sales commissions. Career growth into Team Leader, Branch Manager, or Sales Manager roles.
