Role Description The Partner Relationship Manager will own the complete lifecycle of DSA and Channel Partnersfrom responding to enquiries and onboarding new partners to driving business growth, ensuring seamless operations, coordinating payouts, and maintaining long-term relationships.
As the single point of contact for assigned partners, you will work closely with internal teams, lenders, and channel partners to deliver an exceptional partner experience while maximizing business opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience:-
38 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Lending, DSA, or Channel Partner Management.Experience in relationship management, account management, or partner success is preferred.Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.MBA is preferred but not mandatory.Relevant industry experience will be considered over formal qualifications.Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.Good understanding of lending products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Working Capital.Ability to onboard, activate, and manage channel partners independently.Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
