01Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new HNI, Corporate and Institutional clients through networks, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Execute sales plans and achieve targeted business volumes, revenue, profitability and fee income.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls and meetings.
- Drive client retention, penetration, share of wallet and relationship deepening.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across relevant investment products.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate investment solutions and market insights.
- Coordinate with Research, CSM, Mutual Funds, Banks and other market intermediaries for client servicing and smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, documentation, risk, compliance and internal policies.
- Monitor market and competitor developments and emerging client requirements.
- Prepare periodic sales and activity MIS and performance reports.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, HNI Relationship Management, Institutional Sales, Investment Products, Corporate Relationship Management or Financial Services.
- Strong local client network and proven new business acquisition capability.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets and market trends.
- Proven experience in client retention, cross-selling and share of wallet expansion.
- Target oriented with a track record of achieving sales, revenue and fee income objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong customer centric approach with high integrity and compliance orientation. .
