Job Description

Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end investment ownership, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, fundraising, and monitoring. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in exits by building thesis-led conviction and conducting deep due diligence and financial evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 members in a sector cluster, with full P&L ownership for the sector. - Drive sector intelligence by building market insights, competitive landscapes, and investment theses. - Act as the primary bridge between founders and internal teams, supporting them across various areas such as GTM, product, fundraising, governance, and hiring. - Drive secondaries, strategic exits, and structured liquidity events, while also tracking runway, performance, and exit readiness. - Co-drive sector pipeline and fund strategy for the CAT I Angel Fund, engaging with LPs and strategic partners.

Qualifications Required

- 610+ years of experience in VC, CVC, IB, PE, consulting, or startup leadership. - Strong expertise in sourcing, evaluation, portfolio management, and exits. - Experience in team leadership, P&L ownership, and sector knowledge in Deeptech, AI, Fintech, or D2C. - Must be founder-friendly, analytical, and execution-driven.
