01Requirements
Bachelor s degree required; master's preferred
10 + years' experience. in P&C and/or Employee Benefits insurance industry either in the MGA/RGA and/or reputed company reputed company
10+ years' in a customer facing role
5+ years' in an operational leadership role
Experience in leading change management and planning cultural transformations
Extremely high degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to professionals at reputed company reputed company
Confident reputed company speaking skills
Ability to foster collaboration with multiple stakeholders across different countries, time zones, and business areas
Escalation and conflict management skills
