OverviewWe are recruiting Partnership Officers to serve as Territory Managers for a leading life insurance company with openings in Bangalore, Kochi, and Chennai. This role requires building and growing a robust partner network within the financial ecosystem to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate onboarding of new business partners and continuously expand the partner network.Oversee and nurture relationships with partners such as Mutual Fund Distributors, Chartered Accountants, Brokers, Insurance Marketing Firms, and other financial professionals.Drive business generation through collaborative engagement with the partner ecosystem.Regularly visit the field to meet prospective partners and maintain active engagement.Use cold calling and direct approaches to identify and acquire new partners.Activate current partners and maintain ongoing involvement for consistent business flow.Meet business targets including partner onboarding benchmarks within assigned territories.Work extensively in the field covering designated regions efficiently.Candidate RequirementsPrior experience in BFSI sectors such as Insurance, Mutual Funds, Broking, NBFC, or Financial Services is essential.Demonstrated success in field sales, partner acquisition, channel sales, or relationship management.Experience handling partners such as Mutual Fund Distributors, Chartered Accountants, Brokers, Insurance Agents, IFAs, or other financial intermediaries is preferred.Comfortable with frequent cold calling and extensive field visits.Strong communication abilities coupled with skills to build and maintain professional relationships.Preference for candidates with stable career trajectories and minimal frequent job changes.Applicants from agency channels are welcome to apply.EligibilityApplicants must possess at least a graduate-level education.

RequirementsExperience in BFSI, insurance, mutual funds, broking, NBFC, or financial services sectors.Strong background in field sales, channel sales, partner acquisition, or relationship management.Exposure to working with MFDs, CAs, brokers, insurance agents, IFAs, or similar financial intermediaries is a plus.Comfortable performing cold calls and field visits regularly.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Preference for candidates with stable employment history and fewer job changes.Agency channel candidates are also considered. .
