About the Role
We are looking for a Spare Parts Procurement Executive who can arrange and purchase car spare parts on time for our workshop. Your main responsibility will be to make sure the required parts are available quickly so that vehicle repairs are not delayed.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase spare parts as per the workshop's requirement.
Coordinate with spare parts dealers, suppliers, and vendors.
Place purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery.
Compare prices and negotiate for the best rates.
Find alternate vendors if the required parts are not available or delivery is delayed.
Prepare and manage purchase invoices.
Update purchase details in Excel, Tally, or other systems.
Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, and deliveries.
Work closely with the workshop, insurance team, and accounts team to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure spare parts are available on time to avoid delay in vehicle delivery.
Who Can Apply
Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts purchasing, automobile workshop, bodyshop, or dealership.
Good knowledge of car spare parts and vehicle repair process.
Experience in dealing with multiple vendors and suppliers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and computer operations.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
