What Youll Do
Analyzing market trends and investment opportunities to provide insights into passive fund strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize investment portfolios based on client goals.
Conducting extensive research on passive investment products and tracking their performance against benchmarks.
Assisting in the development of educational content and resources for clients to enhance their understanding of passive investment strategies.
Engaging with clients to address their inquiries and provide tailored investment advice that aligns with their financial objectives.
Monitoring fund performance and making recommendations for adjustments as necessary to maximize returns.

What Were Looking For:
A bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) would be a plus.
1 to 12 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on passive investment strategies preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
