Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Patient Calling (Inbound Process) with RCM experience Experience into US Healthcare is required Willingness to work in an inbound calling process. Excellent communication skills are mandatory Handle inbound calls from patients, insurance companies and other stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues. Graduation is mandatory. Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office only) 5 Days working in a week Night shifts (9:30 pm to 6:30 am) Two way cab is provided Relieving letter is mandatory.
