Kamfee Billing Solutions LLP is looking for a Patient Calling Specialist / Patient Care Coordinator to support a US healthcare provider with patient communication and follow-up services. The selected candidate will communicate with patients professionally on behalf of the doctor's office, assist with appointment-related calls, patient follow-ups, reminders, basic information collection, and other non-clinical patient communication activities. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients on behalf of the healthcare provider.Handle inbound patient calls when required.Follow up with patients regarding appointments, missed appointments, and scheduled visits.Provide appointment reminders and confirmations.Contact patients for required demographic or administrative information.Follow up with patients regarding pending forms, documents, or other non-clinical requirements.Communicate professionally and courteously with patients.Document every patient interaction accurately in the assigned system/EMR.Escalate clinical questions or medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare staff.Maintain patient confidentiality and strictly follow HIPAA requirements.Follow provider-specific calling scripts, workflows, and communication protocols.Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.Meet assigned call volume, productivity, quality, and follow-up targets.Coordinate with the doctor's office and internal billing/RCM team when required.Required Skills :- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication.Comfortable speaking with US patients.Good listening and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle difficult or frustrated patients professionally.Good computer skills and ability to work with EMR/EHR or CRM systems.Accurate data entry and documentation skills.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Understanding of patient privacy and HIPAA is preferred.Previous US healthcare experience is strongly preferred.Preferred Experience:- Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred: Patient Calling.Patient Care Coordinator.Healthcare Call Center.Medical Billing / RCM.Appointment Scheduling.Medical Receptionist.Patient Follow-Up.Insurance Verification.US Healthcare Customer Support.EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, Kareo, AdvancedMD, Practice Fusion, etc.Important This is a non-clinical patient communication role.
