Join Our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Team!
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as Payment Posting / Eligibility Verification Executives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance eligibility verification, payment posting, reconciliation, and identifying billing discrepancies while ensuring high accuracy and compliance.

Eligibility Verification Key Responsibilities
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments and procedures.
Check eligibility through payer portals, clearinghouses, and insurance calls.
Confirm policy status, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and authorization requirements.
Accurately document insurance and coverage details in the billing system.
Communicate eligibility issues proactively to billing and operational teams to prevent claim denials.
Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and internal quality standards.
Payment Posting Key Responsibilities
Post insurance and patient payments received through EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).
Apply contractual adjustments, write-offs, and patient responsibility amounts accurately.
Reconcile daily deposits and posted payments to ensure financial accuracy.
Identify underpayments, denials, and payment discrepancies for further investigation and follow-up.
Maintain accurate transaction records within the billing system.
Adhere to established turnaround times and productivity benchmarks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
Experience in Payment Posting, Eligibility Verification, or both will be preferred.
