01Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary structures.Thorough understanding of statutory compliances, including:Provident Fund (PF)Employee State Insurance (ESI)Professional Tax (PT)Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)Income Tax (TDS)Full & Final SettlementsExperience in statutory portal management and online challan generation/payment processes.Knowledge of General Ledger reconciliation and payroll accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HRMS/ERP systems.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. CA/CWA/CS preferredAdditional certifications in Payroll Management, Taxation, or Accounting will be an advantage.
Experience
4-8 years of experience in Payroll Operations, Statutory Compliance, and Employee Benefits Administration.Experience handling PAN India payroll and statutory compliance activities in a large organization.Exposure to payroll systems, HRMS, and ERP platforms. .
