Payroll Associate- CF (India)

Payroll associate vConstruct, a Pune-based Construction Technology company, seeks a energetic and detail-oriented Payroll Associate with 3-4 years of corporate experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in salary processing, compliance, and timely payroll operations while supporting employee payroll-related queries. Responsibilities- - Ensure monthly payroll activities are executed in a timely and accurate manner - Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures. - Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. - Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. - Maintain all employee CTC break up files for new joiners and current employees - Collect and maintain all payroll-related information for new joiners, leavers and employee. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Finance, HR, bank representatives, meal card spoc, Payroll support vendor and employee insurance. - Understand the employee queries related to payroll and address the issues timely. Manage Gratuity Trust and NPS activities - Produce and maintain user guides, FAQs - Review (with support of relevant departments) end of year tax calculations prior to form 16 generation - Ensure timely submission of PF ESIC details for necessary contribution disbursement - Coordination for LWF deductions and contributions - Maintain records for UAN for all employees Skills: - 3-4 years experience of handling payroll for senior and middle management employees. - Experience of addressing employee queries related to payroll Education: - BCom/MBA (Finance) About vConstruct : vConstruct specializes in providing high quality Building Information Modeling and Construction Technology services geared towards construction projects. vConstruct is a wholly owned subsidiary of DPR Construction.
