Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing Accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll, including salary, deductions, arrears and reimbursements.
- Attendance & Leave Verify attendance, leave, overtime, late coming, absence and other payroll inputs.
- Statutory Compliance Ensure accurate PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other applicable statutory deductions and timely compliance.
- Employee Master Data Maintain accurate and updated employee salary, bank, statutory and personal records.
- Full & Final Settlement
- PF Withdrawal & Claims Coordinate and process PF withdrawal, transfer, pension and other employee claims.
