01Key Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time using reputed company HCM software.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with California wage and hour laws.
Address payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Audit payroll reports for accuracy and reputed company discrepancies promptly.
Ensure reputed company submission of payroll taxes and compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with HR and management to support employee reputed company and offboarding processes as they relate to payroll.
401k year end audit submission
Workman Comp monthly/annual reporting and auditing
Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a reputed company or assisted living setting.
Proficiency with reputed company HCM or similar payroll systems.
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and payroll regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in reputed company California.
