It will be essential for you to stay updated with changes in labor and tax regulations, collect attendance and leave data, prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines, and address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance.To excel in this role, you should have a Graduate degree in HR/Commerce, with an MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Additionally, you must possess strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, attention to detail, accuracy, excellent communication, and analytical skills. Your ability to ensure timely salary credit, prepare necessary documentation for auditors, and implement system updates for error-free processing will be critical in maintaining the HR operations at MaxVolt Energy Industry Limited.The selection process for this position will involve a Face-to-Face or Virtual interview mode, and the job type is Full-time, Permanent.
