01Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
- Generate leads from the open market and follow up for conversions.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Achieve individual and branch targets for product sales and customer acquisition.
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients for service and business development.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience:1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales.
- Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
- Positive knowledge of banking products and local market
- Fluency in Tamil and English. .
