PCSM Analyst

Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage credit decision strategies using Experian PowerCurve Strategy Manager (PCSM) to optimize lending decisions and customer acquisition processes.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze credit performance and portfolio trends to generate insights, reports, and recommendations for enhancing credit strategies.Risk Mitigation: Continuously evaluate and refine credit strategies to mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders from Risk, Credit, IT, and Compliance teams to align credit strategies with overall business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of deployed strategies and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments based on business needs.System Enhancements: Collaborate with the IT department to identify system improvements and ensure smooth integration of strategy changes into the operational environment.Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of credit strategies, business rules, and processes to ensure transparency and audit readiness.Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support for any issues or inquiries related to Experian PowerCurve strategy configurations and system operations. Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.3-5 years of experience working with Experian PowerCurve Strategy Manager (PCSM) or similar decisioning platforms.Strong experience in credit risk management, including the development of credit strategies for underwriting, customer acquisition, or account management.Proficient in SQL, data extraction, and manipulation to support data-driven decision-making.Knowledge of credit bureau data, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in financial services, lending, or banking industry.Familiarity with other credit decisioning platforms such as FICO or SAS.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced project environment.
