Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on testing for Pega application configurationsValidate business rules, UI, case workflows, integrations, and data integrityExecute functional, regression, and scenario-based testing specific to Pega environmentsCollaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and high-quality releasesCollaborate with intelligent automation teams (AI, RPA, data) to design end-to-end enterprise solutionsIdentify, track, and communicate defects, risks, and blockers effectively
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in IT or related fieldsExperience deploying Pega applications in Agile environmentsStrong understanding of Pega testing methodologies and best practicesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA collaborative mindset and ability to work in fast-paced project environmentsExperience with test automation tools (PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit) is a plusPCBA or PCSBA certification highly preferred.
