01Key Responsibilities

Requirements
6-8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega developmentExperience in healthcare, insurance, banking or lifesciences industries Strong expertise in Pega architecture, design patterns, and frameworksProven experience delivering end-to-end solutions in Agile environmentsAdvanced knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, microservices)Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsExcellent communication and mentoring capabilities
