Overview

As a PA Data Analyst at bp within the People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business transformation by providing technical and analytical support to redefine organizations and help them achieve their objectives. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Workforce Data Models: - Establish and maintain the organization within OrgVue and design iterations. - Maintain the overall infrastructure within OrgVue, ensuring one version of the truth. - Regular and Ad-hoc Reporting: - Provide OrgVue reporting and analytics to support transformation projects. - Insights and Analytics: - Utilize OrgVue capability to run detailed organizational analytics for strategic design decisions. - Data Security: - Maintain data security and sensitivity through access rights and permissions. - Business Case Development: - Support business cases for change using analytical organization models. - OD Discipline: - Contribute to the development of the global OD methodology. - Subject Matter Expert: - Serve as the go-to person for technical, analytical, and reporting requirements in OrgVue. In order to excel in this role, you will need: - Degree or professional qualification in HR Business Studies, Economics, Maths, Statistics, Analytics, or equivalent experience. - 2-4 years of proven delivery experience within a large global organization.
