Job Description

Role Overview

Our Global PESC team collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to enhance the employee experience and support Deutsche Banks Global Hausbank strategy. This involves focusing on five pillars: Inclusion, Well-being, Culture, Future of Work, and ESG. You will leverage your expertise in people analytics to provide data-informed insights that align with the PESC strategy. Additionally, you will support the PESC Pillar leads, including the APAC and MEA Inclusion lead, and drive local DEI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Global PESC Data Analysis & Reporting - Conduct in-depth statistical analysis on people data (hiring, promotion, attrition, compensation, engagement) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Translate data into key findings that drive action - Collect, clean, and manage global people data from various sources to support reporting - Develop and maintain automated global PESC dashboards and reports for senior leadership - Lead the analysis of People and Pulse survey results extracting key themes - APAC MEA Inclusion Strategy & Execution - Support the APAC and MEA Inclusion lead by tracking ERG activities, budget, and progress - Prepare data to support global internal/external communications related to the five pillars - Coordinate and provide input into benchmarks, award submissions, and charters

Qualifications Required

- Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to influence without authority and navigate complexity in people relationships - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data interpretation, analysis, and reporting - Experience in people analytics or similar quantitative roles - Ability to create and maintain partnerships across various levels of the organization - Corporate diversity & inclusion background preferred Note: The company offers a range of benefits such as best in class leave policy, gender neutral parental leaves, childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for certifications, employee assistance program, comprehensive insurance, and health screening.
