Job Description

Overview

As a member of the Finastra team, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing Workday reporting functionality, dashboards, and data quality to meet business demands. Your responsibilities and deliverables will include: - Managing and developing Workday reports and data to align with business needs. - Creating and maintaining dashboards to provide actionable insights. - Assisting in the rollout of new Workday functionalities and policy implementations, ensuring alignment of data, reports, and dashboards. - Ensuring effective adoption of new Workday features and updates within the organization. - Serving as the primary contact within the People Analytics team for reward, recognition, and performance management processes. - Conducting ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required, including managing the people analytics mailbox and service now requests. - Performing regular data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. - Conducting thorough data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring data consistency and reliability. - Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement changes. Required Experience: - Proven experience with Workday data management, reporting, and dashboard creation. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an HR function. - Familiarity with reward, recognition, and performance management processes. - Certification in Workday or related fields is a plus.
